ACREC continues to actively develop and implement practical-oriented educational programs aimed at preventing corruption in the field of reconstruction. On April 26th, experts from Anti-Corruption Research and Education Centre spoke at the Anti-Corruption Forum “Keys to Transparent Recovery” on the topic of “Opportunities for Professional Development of Authorized Persons”.
During the presentation, ACREC experts discussed professional educational programs that were developed to prevent corruption in the field of reconstruction. Special attention was given to the Certification Program “Preventing Corruption in Reconstruction Projects,” which will be implemented at the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, as well as joint courses on anti-corruption in reconstruction with the Innovations for Successful Societies Program at Princeton University and ACREC.
The experts emphasized that ACREC’s educational products are developed based on the needs of the students and aimed at providing commissioners with practical skills to minimize corruption at all stages of reconstruction projects. Education and professional development in this field are an important step towards transparency and increasing public trust in reconstruction activities.
